Annual Conference 2012

The 2012 Annual Conference, entitled “Taking Control of Your Long-Term Illness” will be held on Saturday 21st April.  The venue this year will be the National College of Ireland, Mayor Street, Dublin 1.  This is easily accessible by car - parking available nearby; by bus routes no. 145, 27, 69, 79, 79A; by red line Luas stopping at the Mayor Square stop (from Connolly Station or from the Red Cow junction of the M50).

The conference will start at 10am and finish at 4pm.  A full programme will be shown as soon as it is available.

The next full meeting will take place on January 24th 2012 starting at 7.30pm, upstairs in ALSAA, the Aer Lingus sports and social association.  See the map above for directions.

These meetings are open to people suffering from Raynaud’s and scleroderma, and to their families, friends and carers - all are welcome.

Clonskeagh, Dublin 14

Cork City

The fourth meeting of the Cork group took place on Tuesday 25th October 2011 and meetings are every three months.   The venue is SMA Centre, next to church, opposite Cork University Hospital and meetings start at 7.30pm.  Tea and coffee are available after the meeting.

EGM - Extraordinary General Meeting

An Extraodinary General Meeting of the Society will take place on Monday 23rd January 2012.

The venue is:

The The Irish Management Institute, Sandyford, Dublin 16.  Parking is available.

Time: 11.00am sharp

This meeting will be held to elect nominated members to the Board of Directors.  Their biographies were sent with the December newsletter.  Proxy voting forms were also supplied for those who cannot attend the meeting. All fully paid up members of the society are invited to attend the EGM and are entitled to vote. 

Proxy votes MUST be received in the office no later than 12 noon on Friday 20th January 2012.
